- Account creation: email address, password (hashed), name, account type (jobseeker/employer)
- Social login: email, name, and profile image provided by Google or Kakao
- Resume / applications: work history, education, bio, attached files
- Employer registration: company name, contact email, phone, address
- Automatically collected: IP address, cookies, access logs, device information
2. How We Use Your Information
- Identify users and provide login functionality
- Power job posting, search, and application features
- Send email notifications (saved-job deadlines, new postings, application updates, etc.)
- Respond to inquiries and resolve disputes
- Analyze usage to improve the service
- Prevent abuse and protect security
3. Retention
We delete your personal information immediately upon account termination, except as required by law.
- Access logs: retained 3 months
- Records of fraudulent registration: retained 1 year (to prevent re-registration)
4. Sharing With Third Parties
We do not share personal information with third parties without your consent, except in the following cases:
- When you apply to a job posting, the employer can view applicant information
- When required by law or law-enforcement request

- Google & Kakao: social login authentication
- UploadThing: file storage (resumes, images)

- Delete your account (Dashboard β Settings)
- Opt out of email notifications (Dashboard β Notifications)
